Admin edit screen with more features as he can delete the ticket, edit subject and content where are not available for agents.
We can assign the ticket to another agent, or to use "Auto Select" which will automatically assign the ticket to the agent with least assign tickets within the category selected.
I think is a good ticketing system, let me try it out and then i will give you feedback

hello I have a question, I add a ticket but it is not displayed .. it is saved in the database
