Video playing not working

I have android auto 2.9 and carstream 1.83 I believe, able to find the app on the android auto but can't play any video at all, have a picture to show what happen but not sure how to upload it, any help is appreciated

Does it say "click the last button on the bottom..."? That's where I'm stuck at.

A me i video cominciano sul telefono, si vede la schermata su Android auto in macchina però si sente solo l'audio niente video

Ami me pasa lo mismo, me dice lo del botón etc, si lo abro del celular al CarStream se escucha la música en el estereo pero no el vídeo :(
