ADB Forward not working

Hi Mr. Kiran, Hats off to you .....

I tried the new app 2.0, it is installed and after connecting phone to computer.. I tried the follwing command from Windows-10 command Prompt .... type "adb forward tcp:5277 tcp:5277" then I am getting the following issue ..... error : device not found error : device not found

My phone is Oneplus 5T , android 8.1.0 ... AAuto version 3.3582064-release

pls. give solution

Run as admin and enable debugging on the phone
