Ukrainian translation.

I would like to contribute to it at least with minimum.
I'm not android developer but java, aws, databases, linux is my passion, so I may just help with translation to Ukrainian language.

Ukrainian translation is added.

I haven't found where the following is displayed

+    <string name="aspect_ratio_fill">Fill</string>
+    <string name="aspect_ratio_cover">Cover</string>

so decided to not translate without understanding the context. In future I may update it as well.

In case if you add any new data to translate feel free to ping me.

@romankoval I would recommend you to change “Добавити” to “Додати” and “Основна” to “Домашня” as these are more commonly used in Ukrainian language (see kak-pravilno and wiki article)
