I have made changes to Contributing part of README.

Proposed Changes

Proposed changes are I have updated the README in more concise manner. Like when we have to contribute to this project we will have to fork and clone it but we also need to have an empty folder before it. So create a folder at your desire location, then run git init command, the you have to copy the links to run git clone till making a PR and submitting it. I have explained each and every thing. I have attached the screenshots of how it's looking now. Please checkout below!
