How can I run the same on my BSNL connection

Hey,

I want to check the same for my BSNL connection and upload. Currently github.com is blocked by the DNS. What rule should I add to check for my connection?

@viggyprabhu Can you send the HTML content of the page blocked? I can code for BSNL and then you can run.

What about cases where I just get "Page Not Found" error like in case of DNS blocking. Do you want even that to be tracked in this project? Currently I do not have any other site other than github.com which I found blocked. Will go through the list of links blocked manually and see if I get some HTML page which tells me about the page being blocked.

DNS blocking is easy to track. I am looking for cases where the ISP returns a page with an error msg.
