Wallpaper not set in Catalina 10.15.2

I upgraded to Catalina 10.15.2 and I can't put the saved image as wallpaper anymore. If I place the image manually, when running the script it returns the default image of the system.

@jmajr It looks like from some searching around that the AppleScript for image events has been changed in Catalina. I'm not running Catalina, but can you try this and then run the script again?

First, launch System Preferences and navigate to the Security and Privacy pane. Click the Privacy tab, scroll down the menu on the left, and click on Full Disk Access. Click the + icon in the right hand box, and navigate to System > Library > Core Services. Select Image Events, and click the Open button.
