New features: -new files will be written to a folder inside the images folder -added transaprency for the logo -updated usage messages for script -result samples

I wasnt trying to fix anything, as I only noticed about the bug while looking at the code when I was trying to figure out how to implement transparency, and as I had to rewrite a lot of code to implement what I wanted propertly, it ended up getting fixed in the same feature branch... （⌒▽⌒ゞ
