Style harmonization

We'll need to go through the book to harmonize the style:

• [ ] Same style for "key takeaways"
• [ ] Add traffic lights to all chapters
• [ ] Same style for "knowledge boxes"

• [ ] Same style for all mentioned package, programming language and function names etc
• [ ] Add session info everywhere
• [ ] Add minimal Conda environments everywhere
• [ ] Add overview sketches everywhere (the nice images)
• [ ] Add a section on hardware requirements + runtime for all chapters
• [ ] Order of chapters -> when quiz, when key takeaways, when references etc?
• [ ] Ensure that all chapters start with dataset loaders or figshare links or whatever. No more custom paths from our cluster.
• [x] Divide the reference.bib file into reference bib files of the respective chapters. Name them accordingly.
• [ ] Ensure that all conda environments are mentioned and ideally referenced in the chapters to find them easier
