Filter warnings for better readability on /cellular_structure/integration.html ?

There are a bunch of warnings, starting from scanpy OldFormatWarning, sometimes taking the entire scree in the integration tutorial. Maybe it makes sense to filter them out or to fix the code/packages versions to get rid of them

I fear that we're getting "old formats" warnings because the AnnData objects that we're reading are old. They'd need to be regenerated

I think maybe you wanted to update this chapter to use one of the standard datasets anyway so I guess that would fix this issue.
