Hi, Thanks for this incredible framework! Although moscot is not specifically designed for this, I noticed that you mentioned the patient manifold in your manuscript. What are your thoughts on the sample-level OT problem (e.g., temporal problem) based on single cell genomics data? Thanks in advance!
