To automate or not to automate infer_feature_types?

Description of feature

I volunteered to model all cases where it works and doesn't work. Based on this we want to make an informed decision whether we can just enable the automation

Types of data:

  1. Random numbers
  2. Strings
  3. one-hot encoded
  4. label encoded
  5. 1/0
  6. dates
  7. True/False
  8. NaNs
