Weighted model

Hi, we have observations which are weighted somehow. I've checked the docs for fit.model function and currently, it doesn't seem to support weighting. It would be a great addition/feature if we could somehow input these weights to the model.

Hi @michalk8, this is on the horizon now as we phase in new linear algebra backends, I will keep this issue open as we go!

@davidsebfischer , are there any updates for this? This would be very cool for cellrank, we could use diffxpy then for fitting and visualising gene expression trends.
