Mapping new individuals on an existing trajectory

Hello! I was wondering if there is a way to map new (supplementary) samples/individuals onto an existing trajectory. Meaning, I do not want to change the trajectory, just where new individuals would be mapped on this trajectory, and their pseudotime is. Thanks Mayan
