gene expression trends line plots grouped by sample conditions

... Hi, I would like to visualize the gene expression trends of a particular lineage between different sample conditions. Is it possible to do it using cr.pl.gene_trends function? Or is there a workaround ? What I can think of is to build the GAMR model for each sample conditions, but I am not sure how to integrate all the line plots in one figure. Thanks!

Good question, I don't think we currently support covariates in gene trend plotting (or anywhere in CellRank, to be honest). That's something to think about for the future.
