Better documentation of Simulator

batchglm/models/base_glm/simulator/Simulator has a property self.sample_description along with other properties that are not that visible since they are assigned within methods and are not explained via docstrings. We should there provide better documentation here: https://github.com/theislab/batchglm/blob/23484819f0cdb4778c88ad9e68aebbdba0b5c814/batchglm/models/base_glm/simulator.py#L85
