Fix plistlib, add an offline mode

This resolves the issues with the master branch (issue #14), which I discovered when using this tool. The AWS server is also seemingly suffering the same issue so an offline mode has been added, as a small hotfix for this (the server-side cracking can still be used with the -o flag.
