[GraphQL-Plugin] Upgrade to Resolve Deprecation Warning in `1.29.1`

We are using @frontside/backstage-plugin-graphql-backend and @frontside/backstage-plugin-graphql-backend-module-catalog in the Backstage Demo site. When we tried to upgrade to the latest release - 1.29.1 - we've hit deprecation warnings for these two packages

Upgrading your packages to 1.29.1 should be all that's needed to resolve this.
