Use Candlepin nightly repository with Katello nightly
We need some notes in the release process for this. Also, should we simply do this in our versions yaml config? And also update katello-repos.rpm

Oh yea! That is already effectively happening, I had a brain fart. And this just needs to be updating to nightly.
And yes, I have some updates coming for the release process.

What would be the ideal time to swap Katello nightly over to the candlepin-nightly-staging repository?
Yeah I am for changing it to nightly since we are branching within a month.
