Remove EL7 support for Foreman 3.4+/nightly

We will be removing EL7 installation support for the next release of Foreman and as such will need to update anything related to EL7 for development environments and nightly+ boxes. EL7 support should remain for older version support until those releases are no longer supported (Foreman 3.6+).
