playbook missing in doc

I follow this doc to setup katello remotely https://github.com/theforeman/forklift/blob/master/docs/production.md#byob But I can't find the playbook capsule_31.yml as stated

ansible-playbook -l playbooks/capsule_31.yml

Looking at them, those instructions need some updating and have not been touched in quite some time (note capsule_31 relates to Katello 3.1 which was 17 releases ago). I'll try to take a look at them this week.
