[SAT-24196] Add a "converted through Foreman" metrics flag

Add the CONVERT2RHEL_THROUGH_FOREMAN=1 to be able to track conversions through Satellite.

Could this be changed to not include any downstream branding in an upstream project?

It can be CONVERT2RHEL_THROUGH_SATELLITE. It does not matter much, it's for internal metrics collection purposes.
