Drop the non event based output handling

This went out first in 8.1.0 with Foreman 3.5. All successfully finished tasks (and jobs along with them) are cleaned after a month by default, failed ones stick around for a year. If I'm reading my calendar right, this should be safe to do without having to migrate any data.

I'd say it's ready to be merged after rebase on green GHA (Or unrelated errors).
