I would like to also view the DHCP leases that are not managed by puppet. We have other devices such as switches, UPSes, lights-out devices that receive an IP from the DHCP server but are not included in the list

This was a huge want for me as well. Being able to manage leases/reservations that weren't created via Foreman would go a very long way.
