Added Columns should also be included in exported csv

When I add a column with the plugin, I would have the column also be included in the exported csv.

Use case is for example using the csv for a ssh loop requiring the ipaddress.

Reproduce by installing the plugin and adding some columns and then hit https://foreman/host.csv.
