Fixes #38136 - Display subscription-manager status in logs

This adds a run of subscription-manager refresh and subscription-manager status to the list of commands run during registration.

@ShimShtein The new host parameters might be worth documenting here if it's a frequent use case. But generally, we don't document all parameters.
