Move "Configuring Foreman to manage the lifecycle of a host registered to a FreeIPA realm" to Integrating provisioning services guide
Today we have an assembly to set up realm integration for provisioning. This shows up in the Server installation guides, both connected and disconnected (see https://docs.theforeman.org/nightly/Installing_Server/index-foreman-el.html#configuring-project-to-manage-the-lifecycle-of-a-host-registered-to-a-freeipa-realm_foreman).
This procedure can also be done on the Smart Proxy and is really about setting up realm support to be used during provisioning. It is supposed to be done by the admin user. Additionally, some configuration needs to be done on the realm server (typically FreeIPA or IdM, but upstream there's also an Active Directory plugin) which is perfectly in line with the Integrating provisioning services guide.
