Fix version details - RHEL7 to RHEL8 on Satellite v6.12 - v6.15 in performance tuning doc

Hello Team,

In order to raise a PR for this issue, I have checked the documentation details here - https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-documentation/blob/master/guides/common/modules/proc_enabling-tuned-profiles.adoc

Looks like the issue is not in upstream documentation but in the downstream documentation.

Can you guys please help me how to fix the RHEL V7 -> V8 as Satellite v6.12 only runs on RHEL8.

Section Number and Name: 4.2 - Enabling Tuned Profiles

Describe the issue: It reads 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 enables...', but Satellite v6.12 only runs on RHEL8.

Suggestions for improvement: Replace 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7' reference to RHEL8

triage: fixed with PR 2908. The linked procedure does not mention any specific RHEL major version anymore.
