Change admonition about "do not delete RH Manifest from Foreman"?

Hi all,

looking at https://docs.theforeman.org/nightly/Managing_Content/index-katello.html#Removing_Red_Hat_Subscriptions_from_Subscription_Allocations_content-management and https://docs.orcharhino.com/or/docs/sources/guides/red_hat_enterprise_linux/managing_content/managing_red_hat_subscriptions.html#Removing_Red_Hat_Subscriptions_from_Subscription_Allocations_content-management makes me wonder if "NOTE" is the correct admonition. If I understand this correctly, removing the RH Manifest from Foreman leads to dire consequences.

Should we change it to "WARNING"? Feel free to "+1" and "-1" this issue.
