Simple Content Access

SUMMARY

It's currently not possible to change simple content access for an organization after uploading an manifest.

It's not possible to set it after the fact.

It's also not possible to set it using role theforeman.foreman.manifest.

Only task theforeman.foreman.redhat_manifest has an option for it (don't know if that actually works, though).

However, we are using a downloaded manifest, i.e. only task theforeman.foreman.subscription_manifest.

ISSUE TYPE

1. Create a task and role to change current simple content access setting if manifest is already installed.
2. Extend task theforeman.foreman.subscription_manifest to allow setting simple content access during/after upload.
