Same input & output path

Hi.

PROBLEM:

The program erases the PDF with a blank page when using the same paths for the input and output file.

SOLUTION:

I added samo changes so that when a user wants to specify the same path for input and output. That is when he/she wants to rewrite the original file with the compressed one. It replaces the original (input) file with the compressed one.
