Chunk border inconsistencies

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play music with /playsound minecraft:music.game music @s
2. Move around, crossing over chunks near y=0
3. Listen to see if the music cuts out
4. When / if it does, go back over the last chunk border you crossed

Expected behavior The music should keep playing

My Machine (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux (Fedora 35)
• Minecraft Version: 1.18.2
• Mod version: 1.0.0-bc.9
• Sound Card: none
• Mods list:
  • Resounding & fabric API & cloth config

Crash Report/Logs Nothing abnormal

It seems to only happen with natural music, upon further testing.
