ImGui Layout Implementation for Last version of ImGui, Blueprints example.

ImGui-Layout implementation not implemented in Docking branch or Master.

Hi thedmd! It's incredibly amazing work, but I face the problem of ImGui-Layout implementation is not present in last version of ImGui that I have, Docking branch to be specific. How to integrate the Layout implementation, founded in <features/layout> into ImGui version that is lives in my project? Or if there is an alternatives of for exmaple but not limited to, ImGui::Spring(), ImGui::BeginHorizontal().... etc?
