Project cards display incorrectly when there are less than 2 lines of description

I'm using this layout for my personal website. When configuring _data\projects.yml, I decided that some of my projects required one line or no description at all. However, this made the project cards display faulty:

Since \n doesn't add a blank line, I have no idea how to make the two rightmost cards display properly. Any suggestions welcome.
