Suggestion for additional title descriptions to display over button actions on home and admin page

New users, users that do not frequently use kutt, etc may not recognize and understand the different icons for the small button actions. At this moment hovering over the stats button will display "Stats", none of the other icon buttons display any text description.

Can someone please include additional title= descriptions for all the icon button actions on the homepage and admin page, QR code, Edit, Delete, etc? The related code appears to be at server/views/partials/links/actions.hbs

There are also ban and delete icons at server/views/partials/admin/domains/actions.hbs
