support www redirect

Currently you can setup the custom domain and redirect say st.to redirected to xyzsite.com

So when you just typing st.to it will go to xyzsite.com However it wont handle the www redirect. If you type www.st.to it wont work.

This is expected behavior for now as the server will explicitly sanitize and remove www. If www needs to be supported, it sounds more like an enhancement rather than a bug to me.@poeti8
