How can we access to the admin panel for the forum?

Chatter doesn't come with any admin panel. You could install something such as https://laravelvoyager.com/ to aid you.

I created an admin package for chatter. Please let me know of your thoughts. It's still in its infancy but works fine on Laravel 5.7 https://github.com/codiiv/chatteradmin
