Add Barrel Noises (and the texture change if possible) Change Honey Bottle Texture to match Vanillas Add Drowned (mostly because they're easy to implement

It DOES match vanilla's Honey Bottle texture. I have the Drowned code, I just haven't tested it. I will see what I can do about barrel sounds.
