[1.12.2] Grindstone doesn't actually work

In the newest 1.12.2 version, the grindstone does not remove enchants from enchanted books, but it still gives the xp, or at least some amount of xp. I have not tested this with enchanted equipment yet.

I can't reproduce this. Is it with a specific mod's enchanted books?

The bug occurred with all enchanted books, vanilla and modded. Upon further testing, I believe this is caused by a conflict of multiple mods. 5 Hours later and I'm still not sure which ones. If you'd like to do some testing yourself, here's the mudpack I found the error in: [dead link]

Revisited this bug after about a month, and it looks like the bug just disappeared. Not entirely sure which mod it was, but I suspect it was Inventory Tweaks, as this bug occurred when it was installed, and did not occur when it was not installed. Feel free to close this issue if you'd like.

After some of my own testing, I have discovered that this bug occurs when Improved Mobs is installed. I have no idea why. 1.12.2 Repo can be seen here.
