Messed up AI Messed up hitbox

-They never move forward, neglecting the direction of their look vector and instead strafe around in an arc shape -Additionally they usually don't drastically move up or down, it's relatively uncommon (they mostly do the strafe movement) -Sometimes their swimming AI completely halts for a few seconds and then continues again (might happen more often in 1 deep water)
