[FEATURE] Notes App, Manage Selecting Multiple Notes.

Detailed description

• [ ] implement selecting multiple notes
• [ ] implement delete many notes that where selected
• [ ] (after issue #559 will be completed) make the selected notes also drag-gable together inside category and from one category to another

Context

When the users will want to delete many notes or drag them , they will have this option.

Possible implementation

I don't have an idea for now.
