feat: `streamlit` config established

This PR aims to update the basic documentation on streamlit library

Streamlit is an open-source Python library that allows you to create interactive web applications for data science and machine learning projects. It simplifies the process of building and deploying data-driven applications by providing an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

Hey @thecuriousteam, I had taken the latest pull earlier thrice but as soon you merge other commits it shows to be outdated Fix to that is to merge pull requests as soon its properly reviewed or to introduce semantic release action which with a little tweaking also takes care of this issue
