[BUG] Wallpanel not running on Android 4.4.2 (Galaxy Tab4)

I can start Wallpanel, but it will not allow me to change Security Code / PIN. Will restart app on clicking the option.

Also, when configured dashboard URL it is "initializing" forever, but I can see browser loading progress for dashboard URL.
