Dropdown arrow switching issue

Describe the bug

On the dropdown menus, the arrow icon, when clicked, are able to switch between the up arrow and down arrow too fast (with the corresponding dropdown).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to thecourseforum.com and scroll down to the FAQ. Rapidly click on the arrows for the questions and see how the arrow changes too fast.
2. Go to "browse courses" button and click the dropdown arrow for the various schools.

Expected behavior

There should be a timeout for when the user is able to click on the arrow again after each click.
