They weren't skipped. The importer crawls each note and resolves attachments that way. It skips all other files besides the note one.
That's a bug then. Can you check your attachment manager in Settings > Profile > Attachment manager and see if you have any attachments there?
Yeah the name will need to be changed. Spotify is a trademark and it can create issues for us. I suggest changing it to something different.

@luxcalor I wasn't able to reproduce this. Have you tried regenerating the title by erasing it?
I was able to reproduce this but it is quite finicky. Will fix ASAP.
