I raised this issue ages ago and it seems like nobody cared. The updates tab is extremely pointless in my honest opinion.
The "Reset Windows Update" option doesn't wipe policies either just so you know
Are you also getting the "constant save" issue? Had a friend try Peacock while owning part one and had the game constantly spam save for some reason

Issue has nothing to do with anticheats. If you have problems with keeping your license you should join the support discord server

no
