Install package 1.7 missing items

The install package is missing a few things that are in the source/serialisation.

• Modules Sitecore Domain
• Redirect Rules Definition Elements
• Redirect Rules Definition Tags

Hi and thanks for raising the issue. Unfortunately Sitecore haven’t seen fit to give me a license so I can work on this module.

If however you wish to put together a PR which addresses these issues I’d be happy to review it!
