Notice of Abandonment

This project hasn't been touched in a long time but people still occasionally create issues and pull requests so I need to make the following announcement.

This project is abandoned. It will receive no further updates, all issues will be ignored/closed.

The project stopped working when Node 6 was released so for anyone still interested I have provided a Dockerfile which can be used to build a docker image which of course can then be run via the container runtime of your choosing.
