iCloud Folder - Showing Empty After Returning to App from Background (After a While)

I have opened my iCloud Drive and using it successfully and then I switch to another app for a while come back and it shows the main folder only and the > open close folder icon on the right. However when I open the folder all sub-folders are disappeared. I have to close the app re-open iCloud Drive in the CodeApp (re-open iCloud Drive without closing doesn't work). This happens quiet often and very easy to reproduce.
