npm / npx tailwindcss command: operation not permitted?

Hi there

When I am setting up a new tailwind project, I don’t seem to be able to run the npx command to build my css. Is there anything I can do to resolve this error:

I think this is a bug. I'll see how I can fix this.

With the latest update I can now run the above command! 🎉

Was it the node upgrade which fixed it?

Although it seems to terminate after the first run rather than watch for file changes.
